Heimgart Microgreens Accessory

Heimgart is an accessory to savor! Once the seed pads for microgreens have been placed in the high-quality porcelain dish and watered, the first microgreen leaves will sprout after just a few days, providing variety, creativity and freshness on any plate as an ingredient or decoration. This turns your kitchen into a culinary garden with minimal effort. The Heimgart starter kit contains everything you need to grow the microgreens: A porcelain bowl from Seltmann Weiden, a stainless-steel insert and two certified organic seed pads (DE-ÖKO-070) of the rocket and garden cress varieties. The gift edition also contains eight additional seed pads. Rambo radish microgreens live up to their name. The purple seedlings are real powerhouses. On the one hand, this is due to their mustard oils, which give the little plants a fine, pungent and spicy flavor. Secondly, the mini radishes are bursting with vitamins B1, B2, B6 and C. In addition, 100 grams of rambo radishes microgreens contain twice as much calcium and iron and four times as much magnesium as their full-grown adults. The new kohlrabi microgreens are also impressive. The pink-colored seedlings conquer every kitchen with their intensely fresh, cabbage-like flavor and also impress in terms of nutritional value. For example, 100 grams of kohlrabi microgreens contain around twice as much vitamin B1, B2 and iron as 100 grams of the full-grown vegetable.
