Mustard Microgreens

Mustard microgreens not only have a great flavor, the fresh mustard greens packed with healthy vitamins B1, B2, B6 and C, as well as the minerals potassium, calcium, magnesium and iron. Reason enough to refine your meal with the fiery flavor of the young microgreens! The mustard microgreens seed pads are certified organic and are produced exclusively for the Heimgart starter kit. The seed pads consist of a natural fiber fleece on which the mustard seeds are fixed with a natural binding agent. Two mustard seed pads are required per cultivation in the Heimgart germination tray. And this is how it works: Firstly, fill the porcelain dish with water up to the side mark. Then place two mustard seed pads on the stainless-steel insert and placed on top of the porcelain bowl. Cover the mustard microgreens seed pads with the included cultivation covers. This keeps the seeds in the dark and creates a pleasant microclimate in which the seedlings grow optimally. The best thing is that with Heimgart, no additional watering or fertilization is necessary. Once the porcelain tray is filled with water up to the mark, even watering is ensured throughout the entire growing period. After the two seed pads have been planted in the porcelain dish according to the instructions, you can enjoy your own kitchen garden within a few days and enrich your food with these nutritious, delicious delights.
