Broccoli Microgreens Seed Pads

Broccoli belongs to the cruciferous family, which is known for its high health value. The green vegetable is considered one of the most vitamin-rich vegetables. With our seed pads for broccoli microgreens, you can grow this healthy vegetable in miniature format in your own kitchen garden. Broccoli microgreens contain large amounts of vitamins B1, B2, B6, C and folic acid. The minerals potassium, calcium, magnesium and iron are also among the valuable ingredients of broccoli microgreens. The microgreens grow within a few days and can be integrated into your diet straight from harvest. These little vitamin C super greens taste great freshly harvested in salads, quark, cream cheese or smoothies. The certified organic seed pads are specially produced for the Heimgart cultivation system. The organic seed pads consist of a natural fiber fleece on which the seeds are pre-positioned and fixed with a natural binding agent. As with all our pads, first, fill the porcelain dish with water up to the side mark. Put two broccoli seed pads on the stainless-steel insert and place this on top of the porcelain bowl. Finally, cover the broccoli seed pads with the included cultivation covers. This keeps the seeds in the dark and creates an ideal microclimate for the plants. Once the two broccoli seed pads have been placed in the Heimgart sprouting tray, it takes about a week until they are ready for your next culinary adventure. Harvesting tips:	Harvest and enjoy the fully grown microgreens within a few days. Since they are young seedlings and not sprouts, consume only above the root.
