With their nutty, spicy tones, the greens are ideal for adding flavor and decoration to bread, smoothies, salads, soups and the like. With the Heimgart growing system, you can grow garden cress microgreens without a garden, balcony or even a green thumb. All you need to grow microgreens is the porcelain dish, the stainless-steel insert from the Heimgart starter kit, two seed pads and a few minutes' time, and you're ready to start your kitchen garden project. Firstly, fill the Heimgart porcelain bowl with water up to the side mark. Then place two garden cress seed pads on the stainless-steel insert and place it on the porcelain bowl. Finally, cover the garden cress seed pads with the included cultivation covers so the seeds are in the dark and have a pleasant microclimate to germinate. The best thing with Heimgart, no additional watering, soil or fertilizer is necessary. Once the porcelain tray is filled with water up to the mark, even watering is ensured throughout the growing period. Harvesting tips:	Harvest and enjoy the fully grown microgreens within a few days. Since they are young seedlings and not sprouts, consume only above the root. Always store the seed pads in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight. The seed pads can be composted after use or disposed of in organic waste

Frischer Geschmack, unkomplizierte Handhabung
Ich nutze die Kresse für meine Bowls und Sandwiches – sie wächst gleichmäßig, schmeckt schön würzig und ist 100 % bio. Besonders gefällt mir, dass die Pads kompostierbar sind. Es fühlt sich gut an, etwas Gesundes selbst zu ziehen – ohne Erde und mit null Dreck.
