After just a few days you can watch the little microgreens growing.

Step 1
Fill the porcelain dish with water up to the mark.

Step 2
Place two seed pads on the stainless steel insert and lay this into the bowl. Place the cardboard covers over the seed pads.

Step 3
Leave the microgreens at room temperature, around 18-20 °C, for about 3 days to sprout.

Step 4
After 3 to 4 days when the cardboard covers are pushed up by the microgreens, they can simply be removed.

Step 5
Place the tray in a bright location and observe your microgreens as they grow.

Step 6
After 5 to 7 days the Microgreens are ready to harvest.
