With our combi set, you can easily grow microgreens yourself at home and try out all of our microgreens varieties. You will receive a porcelain bowl from the Seltmann Weiden manufactory, a stainless steel insert and eight certified organic seed pads (DE-ÖKO-070): Rocket, Garden Cress and our variety mix (Radish, Rambo Radish, Kohlrabi, Mustard, Garden Cress and Rocket), plus instructions on how to grow your microgreens.

Heimgart Microgreens Combi Set

Heimgart is an indoor gardening system specially designed for planting microgreens and works without soil, additional watering or grow lights. Watered just once, the first leaves of the young seedlings sprout after just a few days. The Heimgart Microgreens Starter Kit contains everything you need to grow the young seedlings: A porcelain bowl from Seltmann Weiden, a stainless-steel insert and two certified organic seed pads (DE-ÖKO-070). Our seed pad mix gives you a taste of the different varieties of microgreens: Rocket, Radish, Rambo Radish, Garden Cress, Kohlrabi and Mustard. Our varieties range in flavor from mild Kohlrabi to fiery hot Mustard and are perfect for finding your favorite variety. Microgreens taste great on their own, on bread, in dips, with cream cheese and give smoothies, salads or soups that certain something - let your creativity run wild. This is how easy it is to prepare the microgreens with the Heimgart starter kit: Fill the porcelain bowl with water up to the side mark. Place the two organic seed pads in the stainless-steel insert and then place this in the porcelain bowl. Cover the two certified organic seed pads with the included cultivation covers so that the seeds can germinate optimally in the dark microclimate. Leave Heimgart covered and at room temperature for the next 3-4 days to germinate. When the microgreens start to push off the cultivation covers on their own, you can remove them. The mini plants will now receive daylight and turn a lush green color. After 5-7 days, the microgreens can be harvested and provide plenty of healthy nutrition and culinary variety to any plate. The organic seed pads consist of a natural fiber fleece on which the seeds are pre-positioned and affixed with a natural binder. Cultivation covers come with every Heimgart seed pad. These ensure ideal climatic conditions during cultivation and provide a lovely placard indicating your future microgreen harvest. You can find more information about Heimgart in our FAQ.
