Microgreens Seed Pads Mix

Mustard microgreens not only taste good, but fresh mustard greens also contain lots of healthy ingredients. Vitamins B1, B2, B6 and, above all, vitamin C as well as the minerals potassium, calcium, magnesium and iron. Our nutrient analyses of radish microgreens have shown that they contain twice as much calcium and iron and four times as much magnesium. The young seedlings are therefore great sources of vitamins and nutrients and support your healthy diet. rambo radish microgreens have a fine, pungent flavor and add a zest to your food. In addition to many vitamins and minerals, the young seedlings contain mustard oils, which give the mini vegetable its typical spicy radish taste. Compared to full-grown radishes, rambo radish microgreens contain twice as much calcium and iron and four times as much magnesium. With the Heimgart propagation system, you can grow rambo radish microgreens without a garden, balcony or grow light. All you need to grow microgreens is the Heimgart porcelain dish, the stainless-steel insert from the Heimgart starter kit, two seed pads and a few minutes' time, and you're ready to grow. First, fill the porcelain bowl with water up to the side mark. Place two seed pads on the stainless-steel insert and place it on top of the porcelain bowl. Finally, cover the seed pads with the included cultivation covers so the seeds are in the dark and create a pleasant microclimate for maximum germination. The best thing about growing with Heimgart, no additional watering or fertilization is necessary. Once the porcelain tray is filled with water up to the mark, even watering is ensured throughout the entire growing period. Once the two seed pads for rambo radish microgreens have been planted in the Heimgart porcelain dish according to the instructions, it only takes about 7 days till you’re enjoying fresh super greens. The certified organic seed pads for rambo radish microgreens consist of a natural fiber fleece on which the seeds are pre-positioned with a natural binding agent. If seeds come loose when unpacking the pad, this is not a problem: simply spread them over the seed pad before covering it with the cultivation covers. Harvesting tips:	Harvest and enjoy the fully grown microgreens within a few days. Since they are young seedlings and not sprouts, consume only above the root.
