Radish Rambo microgreens truly live up to their name. These purple seedlings are packed with power! Their mustard oils give them a fine, spicy flavor, while they are also rich in vitamins B1, B2, B6, and C. In fact, 100 grams of Radish Rambo microgreens contain twice as much calcium and iron and even four times as much magnesium as the same amount of mature radishes.

The new kohlrabi microgreens are also impressive. Their pink sprouts bring an intensely fresh, cabbage-like flavor to any kitchen and stand out with their nutritional value. 100 grams of kohlrabi microgreens contain about twice as much vitamin B1, B2, and iron as 100 grams of fully grown kohlrabi. When it comes to vitamin C, these tiny plants are far ahead.
